Complaints procedure

Step 1:

-All complaints are directed to our manager.

-Complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of it being sent.

-Followed by a full investigation and a written response within 15 working days.

Step 2:

-After final viewpoint has been received if you are still not satisfied with proposed resolution after 8 weeks you are allowed to contact The Property Redress Scheme (PRS).

-If you wish to contact them, it must be done within 12 months of the date of the final viewpoint letter.

-Please note that The Property Redress Scheme will not consider a complaint for review until our internal complaints procedure has been exhausted, 8 weeks has been allowed for the agent to resolve the complaint or if there is no response / no satisfactory resolution has been reached.
